I provide arbitration services for both binding and non-binding private arbitration. From duty to defend issues and toxic tort and environmental issues to products liability, I provide arbitration services for all types of insurance policies. These policies include professional liability, commercial general liability, employment liability and Directors & Officer’s liability and more. If you have a contract of insurance, I can interpret it and apply it as written and as constructed under the correct jurisdictional laws.
I recognize the pressures on businesses to meet budgets, contain costs and resolve legal matters as quickly and efficiently as possible. I focus on setting early goals with arbitration briefing leading to an early resolution of a questionable matter.

I mediate disputes in the highly technical coverage area for all parties. Policy provisions have evolved over time and mediating this area requires an understanding of the history, a knowledge of policy provisions combined with strong research skills to determine any nuances or recent changes in the applicable jurisdiction.
